Do NOT order your pants size or waist size. Your belt will be too short!
Lay out one of your belts on a table and measure from the hole you wear daily to the end of the buckle (including the buckle).
*Add an inch or two for IWB carry or to compensate for weaving the belt through the holster slots.
(Note: Just weaving your belt through your holster and a magazine pouch may take up an inch or two with new gear that's stiff.)
The new gun belt will be made with that measurement from the end of the buckle to the center hole. *See Example Above*
